HARVEST & WINEMAKING
Harvested on the first week of September, grapes are loaded into stain steel vats, with the presure of the grapes, before must is released. This juice is called ”mosto flor” and it holds very fragant aromas.
TASTING NOTES
Light pink rose with a fragrant nose of grapefruit, hints of stonefruit and wild strawberry, that lead to a crispy and fruity palate with a refreshing persistence.

Total acidity.- 6 gr/lt (en tartárico)
Volatile acidity.- 0,40 gr/lt (en acético)
